Like fnatic, SteelSeries, ESL, ESWC, GameGune, etc.

2. If you have any GUI like that installed, DELETE it.

INSTALL:
1. Choose your RESOLUTION

-640*480 -800*600
-1024*768
2. Copy (CTRL+C) / Paste (CTRL+V) into

.../steam/steamapps/username/counter-strike

3. Allow overwritings.
